Our mold-making process uses CNC-machined aluminum and composite tooling to create production-grade molds. We obsess over every curve and edge — because a perfect mold is the foundation of a perfect part.
Mold surfaces are hand-polished and treated for flawless release, ensuring every part comes out with a mirror-quality surface finish.
After layup, components enter our autoclave for controlled heat and pressure curing. This process consolidates the resin and fiber into a single, void-free structure with maximum strength and minimum weight.
The final finishing — multi-stage sanding, UV-resistant clear coat application and hand buffing — transforms each part into a jewel-like object worthy of the finest automobiles.
