For large and complex panels, vacuum infusion allows us to achieve perfect resin distribution with zero trapped air. Dry fiber is laid into the mold, sealed under vacuum, and resin is drawn through the entire stack uniformly — producing pinhole-free surfaces and outstanding structural integrity.
This method is ideal for custom aero bodywork, large splitters, and structural panels where size and surface quality are equally critical.
Our 5-axis CNC machining centre produces tooling and fixtures with micron-level precision. Aluminum molds, jigs, mounting hardware and trim components are all cut in-house — giving us full control over quality, lead time and cost.
